Privacy Notice
Interim notice: This notice explains TMMC’s present data-handling practices and may be updated following legal review. The version applicable when enrolment and payment are requested will be provided to accepted applicants before payment.

7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the use of your personal data, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may affect TMMC’s ability to provide a requested service.
8. Recording information
If a programme session is to be recorded, the relevant recording arrangements and participant controls will be provided separately. Programme-recording consent does not by itself authorise the public promotional use of an identifiable participant’s image, voice, name or contribution.
